Supporting Homeschool Families When They Need It Most

Helping families access curriculum, educational support, social opportunities and learning pathways when financial hardship places them out of reach.

What We Do
Every Child. Every Opportunity.

Hands on Heart Collective helps families navigate home education by connecting them with curriculum, educational resources, learning opportunities, community programs and support services that best meet their child's needs.

We believe education should never depend on income, georaphy, or circumstance.

Why It Matters
Many families turn to home education due to anxiety, disability, neurodivergence, trauma, medical needs or educational disengagement. Yet the support needed to make home education successful is often expensive and difficult to access.

Our Vision
A future where every family can access the support, resources and opportunities needed to successfully educate their child at home.

Our Australian Families

Supporting Homeschool Families Across Australia

Our variety of educational approaches has already supported families across Australia through pilot programs, community learning initiatives, and educational support services. Through flexible, compassionate, and relationship-based support, we have helped children facing barriers to traditional schooling reconnect with learning and successfully transition into home education.

Our programs and resources have supported:
• Families across Australia
• Neurodivergent learners
• Children experiencing school refusal, anxiety, or educational disengagement
• Families in rural and isolated communities
• Students requiring flexible and alternative learning pathways
• Mixed-age and community-based learning environments
• Families navigating the transition into home education

Families have reported increased confidence, stronger engagement with learning, improved wellbeing, and renewed enjoyment in education. The success of our Australian pilot has demonstrated that with the right support, children who have struggled within traditional educational settings can thrive.
As Hands on Heart Collective grows, we aim to expand access to educational support, curriculum resources, and learning opportunities so that more families can successfully navigate home education, regardless of their circumstances.
